Drying & Care

Care routine:
1. Allow the bath sofa to dry completely after use.
2. Wash the inner cushion after 4-6 uses in the washing machine (up to 60 degrees Celsius), but ensure a low spin speed (600-800 rpm).
3. Wash the pillowcase on a gentle or hand wash cycle if necessary.

Magic dry function - The BADESOFA bath pillow can simply remain in the tub after bathing. Thanks to the 3D mesh inner cushion, water drains freely and independently from the pillow, allowing air to circulate inside. This allows the BADESOFA to dry quickly.

The BATH SOFA is mold and mildew resistant, both in its cover and its inner cushion. To ensure the cushion retains its properties over time, it's crucial to adhere to our care routine.
This includes allowing the pillow to dry thoroughly after each use and washing the inner cushion after 4-6 uses. Improper care can compromise the pillow's resistance to mold and mildew.

Small superficial stains can usually be removed with a sponge and a gentle household cleaner.

Conventional bath additives such as bubble baths, oil baths, or bath salts are no problem for our materials. You can bathe as usual and remove any foam and residue as needed with a sponge and a gentle household cleaner.

Be careful with strongly staining bath additives, such as cold baths containing essential oils. These may cause slight discoloration of textiles.

Does a bath sofa fit in every bathtub?

We deliberately offer the BATH SOFA in three sizes (SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE) to ensure maximum comfort in most standard bathtubs. Please note that your height also plays a role. You can find more information and tips for choosing the right size on our product pages.

Can I try the pillow before using it in the bathtub?

Yes! Simply place it in your empty bathtub and sit in it to test its comfort. If it's not right for you, you can return it unused—no water required.

How does the pillow dry after use?

Because the pillow doesn't retain water, it dries naturally—no need to wring or hang it up. It dries upright in the bathtub, but can also be turned over to speed up the drying process.

Does the pillow absorb water?

No. The material is completely permeable to water, meaning it cannot retain water. The water flows through the pillow and drains away easily and without assistance after bathing.

Does the BATH SOFA have suction cups?

No—and that's intentional. The cushion is held securely in place by an integrated sand weight and its water-permeable properties, so no additional fastenings are necessary.

Does the pillow slip in the bathtub?

No. As water enters the tub, the pillow fills and stays securely in place thanks to its weight, the additional small sand weight, and its construction.

Can I use any bath additive?
